The rear door on the drivers side fits awful! And it hasn’t ever been wrecked, and it still fits bad… GM quality I guess! It may be hard to tell in the picture, but from the upper part of the gap, going downward, the gap gets bigger.. lots bigger! Then its real tight again when it curves around the dog-leg. The door is on straight too, the bottom gap is even, and the horizontal features all flow evenly into the quarter panel, so I cant tip it to fix the rear gap. I think I’ll end up welding some tig-welding rod on to the edge of the door where necessary to extend it a little, then grind it back to make the gap even the whole way. Lots of extra effort, but what else can I do? I sure don’t want to leave it ugly and un-even!
