Interior (Trim) Codes

Trim codes indicate the color and style of interior that a car was equipped with from the factory. You can find the trim code on the cowl tag next to the word “TRIM” as shown in the image below. If you don’t know where to find your cowl tag, click HERE. Typically, the style of interior indicated by the trim code will match the model of the car, but there have been documented cases of lesser model cars such as Biscayne or Bel Air being equipped with an Impala interior.
